Host Coach Murdock For An Event

As a member of the RMAX Head Coaching Staff, Coach Murdock travels the world conducting Circular Strength Training® and RMAX FlowFighting™ seminars, in addition to working with private clients and a select group of elite level athletes.

Seminars

If you would like to host Coach Murdock for a seminar or workshop in your area, please email to discuss topic areas and fees. Seminars are generally 6 to 8 hours in duration.

Private Coaching

Coach Murdock is available for private coaching, CST program design, and distance coaching via email and video. All travel, lodging and food expenses are the responsibility of the client. Please email for fees and availability.

Media Appearances
